Novogen uses Digital to share its expertise in Asia

In Bangladesh, NOVOGEN has set up training sessions in Webinar form with its partner, Paragon. This aim of this digital training cycle is to train and update the knowledge of technical sales officers on Nutrition, Farm management and Biosecurity for commercial layers, once a month. After 2 terms, a certificate of participation from “Novogen Academy” will be given out to the attendees. Many thanks to Abdullah Al Mamun , Technical Support & Marketing Manager, Mr Yahya Emran, Technical Officer Paragon & Paragon’s coordination team under the supervision of Mr Moshiur Rahman, Managing Director & Mrs Rahman, Director, who made this new way of working possible. Moreover, as Mr Moshiur said : providing suitable tools to his team will help them “listen to the birds”. More generally, this technical Webinar also improves our links with our other customers in the same country & abroad, focussing on “continuous education & exchange of knowledge”.

As for Vietnam, with its partner Dabaco, NOVOGEN has set up a cycle of Technical training dedicated to Technical Managers. This digital training will help Technical Managers in the local company to update their knowledge about Hatchery techniques, Nutrition and Farm management. The first topic was hatchery techniques to apply to the hatching process. More generally, this first topic marks the start of a cycle of subjects providing more support to our partner.
