ZOOM ON The Supply Chain team
At NOVOGEN, the Supply Chain department plays a pivotal role. Their primary objective is to ensure that our customers’ orders match with our production capacities.
The French team is made up of :
- Mélanie BADIER and Justine MEHEUT in charge of Sales and Logistics Management. Their tasks range from the receipt of customer requests to monitoring the quality of the deliveries. It involves order management, organising transport and sales support.
- Amélie GANGODAGE is in charge of planning. It is her job to respond to customer requests while taking our production capacity into account, as well as the internal and external constraints we are facing.
- Céline JUNGUENE is in charge of health Certificate. She is tasked with following up our breeding and hatchery control plans, the planning of specific samples to meet the requirements of the countries and the completion of health certificates.
Headed up by Quentin FAIVRE, the Supply Chain team works every day to provide quality products on time to our customers. Deliveries from Brazil and US subsidiaries are complying with the same organisation and quality standard.
