Novogen launches its new service platform: NOVOCENTER


On 25 May, NOVOGEN organised a webinar to launch its new service platform: NOVOCENTER. That webinar gave NOVOGEN an opportunity to highlight the advantages of its new digital platform, showing how it works and of the different contents available. More than 120 people were invited to the event.

NOVOGEN’s Novocenter project goes back a long way, aimed at bringing digital support to its customers, but also creating a space for sharing knowledge, experience and good practices. The aim of this platform is to bring NOVOGEN’s digital technical support and marketing together in one place. It has four main objectives: easy access via the internet, relevant field-focused content, collaborative work between NOVOGEN’s teams and customers, and a platform that will evolve with the regular addition of new content.

A large number of support materials can be found on the platform in different formats: video tutorials on technical subjects, Excel tools for monitoring laying hen batches, lighting program creation, the follow-up of the body weight and uniformity of animals. All our documentation can also be found there, such as management guides, production chart and the new hatchery guide.

Much more content is currently in production with all NOVOGEN’s teams, along with new sections. You will find them appearing on the platform over the coming weeks and months.
