Novogen entering the Mexican Backyard Market alongside Granja Alvator

This past June, NOVOGEN successfully delivered the first breeder flock to our customer, Granja Alvator. This event marks the starting point of our presence in the Mexican Backyard market with a player that has shown a lot of growth potential. The first NOVOgen Brown breeder flock will cater an ever-growing backyard and cage-free market.

Granja Alvator has been present in the backyard industry for quite some years already. It all started with the love and passion for the poultry business of a young entrepreneur, Carlos Alvarez, who entered in the free-range egg market in 2020 distributing day old chicks to a vast territory in Mexico. His core objective is to make a highly productive layer available to small and medium scale egg producers.
