Before the event proper of VIV Europe in Utrecht, NOVOGEN organized two days of meetings bringing together its global production, technical, commercial, and marketing teams.
These intensive and productive sessions provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues from around the world to meet face-to-face, share experiences, and align key priorities. As NOVOGEN continues to expand its international presence, maintaining close communication and collaboration between teams is essential to ensure consistency, efficiency, and long-term success.
The first day focused on technical topics, including a review of the performance of our breeds across different regions and discussions on specific technical challenges and opportunities. Participants shared field experiences, exchanged best practices, and explored ways to further support our customers through continuous improvement and technical excellence.
The second day was dedicated to commercial and business matters. Discussions covered market developments, customer expectations, and future opportunities. The exchange of ideas between teams, agents, and regional representatives generated valuable insights and helped strengthen our collective vision and strategic alignment for the years to come.
