Chick Farm Europe and Novogen: 10 Years of Partnership

On May 7th, during the 2025 Fiera Avicola in Rimini (Italy), NOVOGEN and Chick Farm Europe celebrated the 10th anniversary of their collaboration. It has already been ten years since Mickaël Le Helloco (Managing Director of Novogen) and Roberta Morini (Managing Director of Chick Farm Europe) defined the terms of a distribution agreement for NOVOGEN products in the Italian market.

From the very beginning of the partnership, mutual trust and transparency between the teams laid the solid foundations necessary for the successful development of NOVOGEN product distribution and the growth of Chick Farm Europe in Italy.

Over the years, Chick Farm Europe has become a key player in the Italian day-old pullet market, with the NOVOgen Brown and NOVOgen White layers.

For NOVOGEN, Chick Farm Europe’s success in Italy has validated its market approach: listening, analysis, transparency, and support. The Novogen teams – Andréa Beneventi (Technical Specialist) and Thierry Burlot (R&D Director), along with Luca Casadio (Novogen Representative in Italy) – maintained regular contact with Chick Farm Europe’s technical and sales team, comprised of Mirco Piancastelli (Production and Technical Director) and Gianluigi Gamberini.

The 2025 Fiera Avicola in Rimini was the perfect occasion to celebrate this milestone alongside Chick Farm Europe’s long-standing partners – pullet growers, egg producers, and other key players in the Italian egg industry. Over a cocktail reception with sweet and savory treats, the professional discussions and exchanges were a highlight of the exhibition and allowed NOVOGEN and Chick Farm to look ahead and continue working together to offer ever more competitive products.
