In 2025, NOVOGEN proudly celebrates a remarkable milestone—ten years of successful collaboration with our esteemed customer, Arce Avícola, based in Panama. This decade-long partnership has been defined by shared goals, continuous improvement, and mutual growth in the poultry industry.

To commemorate this special occasion, Mr. Mickael Le Helloco, CEO of Novogen, and Tomás Pérez Moya, Area Manager for the region, traveled to Panama to visit Mr. Jesús Arce, the visionary owner of Arce Avícola. Their visit was a heartfelt moment, reflecting on the past, celebrating the present, and looking ahead to future achievements.

“It is unbelievable how time flies when we think about all we’ve accomplished with Arce Avícola since Panama became the first Central American country where we introduced the NOVOgen Brown breed” expressed Mr. Le Helloco.
