Last January to February 2026, NOVOGEN conducted a technical visit to support Vitarich Corporation, bringing together expertise in nutrition and hatchery operations to help optimize performance and reinforce quality practices across the production chain.
The visit included Mr. Ozgur Korkmaz, Nutritionist, and Mr. Zaccharie Delcourt, Hatchery Manager, and Ms. Emmie Marie Rosales, Sales Representative, who met with Vitarich teams on the ground to provide technical guidance aligned with Novogen’s customer support program.
During the nutrition sessions, Mr. Korkmaz met with Vitarich’s nutrition team to review market-specific challenges and share recommendations intended to support the production performance of NOVOgen White flocks, with a focus on feed granulometry management and NOVOGEN-tailored feed specifications from rearing through lay to attain the standard performances.
Mr. Delcourt’s program concentrated on quality assurance from PS farm to hatchery to customer delivery. Activities included reviewing hatching egg handling at PS farms in San Jose, Nueva Ecija and assessing hatchery procedures, facilities, equipment, and chick handling practices in San Miguel, Bulacan.
The technical visit reflects Novogen’s All-in-One campaign, which engages customers worldwide to promote the consistent delivery of high-quality commercial stock and to support the end customers of its partners.
