On August 2, 2025, the Novogen Layer breed was officially launched in India. This milestone marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between Easy Poultry Innovation, led by Mr. Vaibhav Aghi under the umbrella of the AGHI GROUP, founded and managed by Mr. Baljinder Aghi, and NOVOGEN, an international leader recognized for its innovative genetic solutions for layers and strong performance results.
The NOVOGEN delegation was led by Mr. Mickaël Le Helloco, CEO, accompanied by Mr. Stéphane Lemoine, Business Development Manager, Mr Andrea Beneventi, Senior Technical Specialist, and Mr. Kuntal Desai, Novogen representative in India.
India has a layer population of more than 250 million birds, with strong annual growth driven by a rising human population and increasing consumer purchasing power. As more consumers seek animal protein, the demand for quality layers continues to expand.
