To support the continuous growth of our activity, we have recently carried out several key investments within our hatchery, bringing our total production capacity to approximately 4 million chicks per year.
These developments include the construction of a new incubation room, increasing our incubation capacity by around 20%, while ensuring improved environmental stability. A modern chick room has also been built, providing storage capacity of up to 45,000 chicks, significantly enhancing chick handling and logistics.
In addition, we have integrated SPIDES machines, with a capacity to treat up to 38,400 eggs, allowing better management of egg incubation potential, particularly for eggs stored over longer periods.
Beyond increasing capacity, these investments reflect our strong commitment to animal welfare, biosecurity, and chick quality. The new facilities provide enhanced control of temperature, airflow, and hygiene conditions, reducing environmental fluctuations during key stages of embryo development and chick processing.
This improved level of control directly contributes to more consistent incubation performance and reinforces our ability to deliver robust, uniform, and high-quality chicks, ensuring the best possible start at farm level.
Through these improvements, we continue to combine performance, technical expertise, and high sanitary standards to better serve our customers and support the ongoing development of our activities.
