Novogen continues it knowledge sharing seminars in Peru

April 3 2026

NOVOGEN recently strengthened its commitment to supporting egg producers in Latin America through a technical visit to Peru, held from March 9th to 13th. The initiative focused on delivering updated knowledge and practical solutions related to nutrition during heat stress and sanitary challenges—two of the most critical issues currently affecting poultry production in the region.

The seminars were conducted in three key poultry production hubs: Trujillo, Lima, and Chincha. Each session brought together egg producers, technical managers, and industry professionals interested in improving flock performance under challenging environmental and health conditions via nutrition. The events created an open environment for discussion, allowing participants to exchange experiences while learning about the latest nutritional strategies designed to maintain productivity and bird welfare during periods of high temperatures and sanitary challenges.

The technical program was led by Novogen’s Nutrition Specialist, Ozgur Korkmaz, who shared insights on how targeted nutritional adjustments can help birds better cope with heat stress. His presentations emphasized practical field applications, including feed formulation strategies, nutrient balance, and management practices that contribute to maintaining egg quality and production consistency. Complementing the technical sessions, Novogen’s Sales Manager for the Americas, Tomás Pérez Moya, highlighted the importance of close collaboration between genetics companies, distributors, and producers to ensure sustainable results in the field.

A key message throughout the visit was Novogen’s strong commitment to being present alongside producers and partners. By working directly with its distributor, Novogen Peru, the company reinforced its “down-to-earth” approach—one that prioritizes field presence, listening to customers’ real needs, and providing practical, experience-based solutions rather than purely theoretical guidance.

The seminars also served as an opportunity to strengthen relationships within the Peruvian poultry sector and reaffirm Novogen’s long-term vision for the region. Continuous technical support, knowledge sharing, and on-site engagement remain central pillars of the company’s philosophy.

Through initiatives like this visit, Novogen demonstrates that innovation in poultry genetics goes hand in hand with ongoing technical accompaniment. By staying close to producers and actively supporting them in real production environments, NOVOGEN continues to contribute to the resilience and efficiency of egg production across Latin America.
