The Aghi Group is a well-known company in India\u2019s poultry industry, recognized by their brand \u201cEasy\u201d. They are involved in livestock feed, equipment, broiler integration, publishing, and layer breeding. With a strategic vision to become a leader in layer breeding, Aghi Group and NOVOGEN have agreed to partner in India, offering an alternative and productive breed for farmers; thus contributing positively to the human food cycle. <\/span><\/p>\n Building on the proven success of NOVOgen White in Bangladesh operated by Paragon, Novogen and Paragon have had the opportunity to welcome the Aghi Group delegation aiming to assess how NOVOgen\u00a0 White layers perform in the market of a neighbouring country. It was a great pleasure to welcome Mr. Vaibhav Aghi,<\/strong> MD of Easy Poultry Innovation, and Dr. Suhail Nabi<\/strong> in Bangladesh. Mr. Abdullah Al Mamun<\/strong>, Technical Support & Marketing Manager \u2013 Asia<\/em> for Novogen organized the visit and tour to Bangladesh in perfect detail from May 3 \u2013 7, 2025 and accompanied the visitors. <\/span><\/p>\n The Aghi Group team visited the Paragon PS breeder farm and CS farmers in the Cox Bazar area. This has given them an overview as to how well NOVOgen White CS layers are performing in tough and challenging weather conditions. \u201cIt was a great experience to visit CS farms in Cox Bazar area which seems like Indian weather conditions\u201d said Mr. Vaibhav Aghi.<\/strong> Dr. \u00a0Suhail Nabi<\/strong> stated that \u201cWhat we saw in the field has enforced our confidence about NOVOGEN performances and calm behaviors”.<\/span><\/p>\n To end this important visit, a conclusive meeting at the Paragon Office was organized to share field experiences and the result of successful entrepreneurship.
