NOVOGEN provides specific technical support for each partner. Our team of international experts travels worldwide to offer comprehensive assistance, covering all aspects of farming, from nutrition to health. Numerous seminars and training sessions are organised with the support of our partners.
Below is a retrospective of our most recent seminars.
- El Salvador: a training seminar for Egg Producers
NOVOGEN participated at a training seminar for small and medium egg producers in El Salvador. This training was held from November the 26th to 28th and organized by our distributor Agroindustrias Dos Osos in collaboration with its distributor for El Salvador, Fabrica de Balanceados MOR. Producers from the whole country gathered to be updated on the product features of the NOVOgen Brown layers as well as to cover key points related to rearing that will ensure a successful production.
We were delighted to exchange with the egg producers about the importance of understanding the development of the pullets during rearing a focusing on achieving the best body weights and uniformities possible. It was of great value for us to share our knowledge with such eager crowd where we could witness firsthand about the needs of the market and how our product is capable to fulfill expectations.
We thank our distributor Agroindustrias Dos Osos for having organized this round of seminars and we look forward to continuing the mutual collaboration to support the egg industry in the area.
- Philippines : farmer’s Meeting with Vitarich, our partner
In December 2024, Mr. Andrea Beneventi, Technical Specialist-NOVOGEN, and Ms. Emmie Marie Rosales, Sales Representative-Novogen, conducted a routine country visit to the Philippines. During their visit, a series of meetings were held in Batangas, Tarlac, Isabela, and Pangasinan in collaboration with the Vitarich team which was led by Dr. Aaron Cruz, National Sales Manager and Mr. Alvin Vizconde, Regional Sales Manager for Commercial Layers.

Andrea led a seminar on NOVOgen White Management Principles, addressing three key questions from attendees: (1) the nutritional requirements of the strain, (2) the egg size and body weight of NOVOGEN birds, and (3) what sets NOVOGEN genetics apart from other strains.
In response, Andrea explained:
“NOVOGEN birds are developed in an environment where they face constant challenges related to temperature fluctuations, feed granulation, and varying raw materials. This approach ensures their adaptability to different climate conditions and locally available feed resources in various countries. Regarding egg size, NOVOgen White birds are bred to start producing marketable table eggs early while maintaining consistent egg size over time to preserve eggshell quality. In terms of body weight, they are medium sized compared to other strains. Lastly, what makes NOVOGEN birds unique is their calm temperament, making them well-suited for diverse production systems and management practices worldwide.”
The seminars across different provinces provided an excellent platform for both NOVOGEN and Vitarich to demonstrate their commitment to technical support and customer service.
- Bangladesh : our experts provide technical support to our customers
NOVOGEN takes a great pleasure in closely monitoring our customers who have interest in the feed milling process. To produce best quality, evaluating the microbial content in finished feed is essential. Our Nutritionist, Mr. Ozgur Korkmaz, and Technical Manager, Abdullah Al Mamun, visit our valuable customer, Paragon and Diamond.
During this visit, they engaged in an in-depth discussion and assessed the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for high-quality feed milling.
This exchange will contribute to the continuous development of both partners.
